About the Position

We are looking for a skilled professional to provide remote support during site activities, ensuring smooth execution of R&M projects and effective coordination with on-ground teams.

  • Provide real-time troubleshooting support via Nokia OSS.
  • Login to Nokia OSS for: RTWP logs, lock/unlock radios, parameter checks, and troubleshooting commands.
  • Guide crews to resolve RTWP imbalance, PIM issues, and uplink interference.
  • Support R&M troubleshooting – radios, baseband, RET, fiber, MW, and RF jumpers.
  • Coordinate with Carrier Switch team for software load, commissioning, and integration.
  • Monitor KPIs post-commissioning to validate site stability and performance.

This role involves technical expertise in 4G LTE & 5G NR technologies, proficiency with Nokia OSS operations, and experience with RET troubleshooting, RF paths, microwave links, and fiber.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of telecommunications technologies.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Earth for reporting.
  • Excellent problem-solving, coordination, and documentation abilities.
