Director – Global Roll-to-Roll Strategy

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead the development and execution of our global Roll-to-Roll strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and enforcing global policies, procedures, and standards while ensuring adherence to local regulations and requirements.
Job Responsibilities:- Develop and execute global R2R strategy
- Define and enforce global policies, procedures, and standards
- Act as global escalation point for R2R-related issues
- Identify opportunities to eliminate inefficiencies and improve cycle times
- Lead digital transformation initiatives
- Conduct regular reviews of process performance
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of R2R process
- Develop and maintain internal control framework
The ideal candidate will have 15-20 years of experience in global R2R with 10+ years in financial management leadership roles, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
Key skills and qualifications include:
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to drive results
- Demonstrated experience in SAP, Hana 4 and R2R processes architecture
- Qualifications: Qualified Charted Accountant
