Job Title: Technical Solutions Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled technical professional to fill the role of Application Support Engineer.

This position involves providing critical application support, enhancing monitoring systems, and automating processes to improve operational efficiency and scalability.

  • Key responsibilities include:
    • Delivering responsive technical solutions
    • Developing and implementing efficient monitoring systems
    • Automating tasks to enhance operational effectiveness and scalability
  • Maintaining system stability, security, and risk management

The ideal candidate will have 4-9 years of experience in log monitoring tools, proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), and expertise in tools such as Grafana, Splunk, Docker, and Kubernetes.

In addition, the candidate should have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while delivering high-quality support to clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience with log monitoring tools
  • Cloud platform experience (AWS, GCP, Azure)
  • Proficiency in tools (Grafana, Splunk, Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Python programming skills
