Student Visa Processing Specialist

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented professional with experience in handling student visa applications for European countries. The ideal candidate will have prior exposure to working with VFS processes, embassy documentation, and university application procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process end-to-end student visa filings for European countries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with embassy/VFS requirements.
  • Review and verify visa-related documents thoroughly, staying up-to-date with changing embassy rules and immigration guidelines.
  • Schedule VFS appointments and coordinate with students on necessary documentation and procedures.
  • Maintain and manage individual student files, tracking application status and visa processing timelines.
  • Communicate professionally with students, universities, and consulates as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of experience in student visa processing, with expertise in European visa applications.
  • Strong knowledge of VFS processes, embassy rules, and document verification.
  • Experience in university application filing, including online portals, SOPs, LORs, documentation, etc.
  • High organisational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, PDFs, and document conversion/formatting tools.
