As a senior lifestyle category expert, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by developing and executing strategies that enhance our brand offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Brand Development & Partnerships
    • Cultivate and expand our relationships with homegrown and established lifestyle brands to increase market share and revenue.
    • Negotiate mutually beneficial agreements that promote exclusive deals and improved visibility for both parties.
  • Category Optimization
    • Design and implement category strategies aligned to our business objectives, focusing on assortment planning, consumer trends, and competitor analysis.
    • Ensure high-quality products are available to meet customer demands, resulting in increased sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Business Growth & Performance Management
    • Drive revenue and margin growth through strategic pricing, promotions, and forecasting initiatives.
    • Boost gross merchandise value (GMV) growth via targeted campaigns, activations, and seasonal events that resonate with our target audience.
  • Collaboration & Communication
    • Forge strong partnerships with cross-functional teams, including sourcing, design, supply chain, tech, finance, and marketing, to achieve shared goals.
    • Share valuable insights on customer journey, merchandising, and platform improvements to drive continuous innovation and improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5–8 years of experience in category management, brand partnerships, or business development within the lifestyle, fashion, accessories, or e-commerce sectors.
  • A proven track record in vendor negotiations, assortment planning, and sales forecasting.
  • Strong commercial acumen, analytical skills, and proficiency in tools like Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or Mixpanel.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple brands and stakeholders effectively.
