Lead Strategic Electronics Business Unit Production

The successful candidate will lead the production efforts for our Strategic Electronics Business Unit, ensuring timely delivery of high-reliability electronic modules and custom-built Hybrid Integrated Circuits to Space and Defense customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate export sales directly with key clients.
  • Meet sales plan targets by ensuring quantity, quality, and delivery requirements are fulfilled.
  • Develop short-term and medium-term plans to achieve company goals and manufacturing objectives.
  • Calculate capacities and recommend line balancing strategies to optimize production efficiency.
  • Identify and lead teams to achieve planned quality and quantity levels.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Evaluate safety protocols for personnel, materials, and machines to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Promote cost reduction initiatives, productivity improvements, and resource optimization across the organization.

Leverage 15+ years of experience in electronics manufacturing, preferably in defense, space, and aerospace sectors. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage large teams and consider short-term, medium-term, and long-term requirements.
