Job Description

As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and shaping the Native water purifier product line in a fast-growing market. This high-impact role offers visibility across leadership and cross-functional teams.

We are seeking an exceptional individual to manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timely execution from concept to launch. You will own project timelines, cost targets, and quality metrics across the product lifecycle, establishing clear program governance, stage-gate reviews, and risk management frameworks.

Your responsibilities will include collaborating with R&D, design, sourcing, manufacturing, quality, service, and marketing teams to align cross-functional stakeholders and deliver on product specifications, regulatory standards, and customer requirements. You will also drive supplier and vendor engagement during development and ramp-up.

Key Skills & Competencies
  • Strong program management skills with ability to handle multiple concurrent projects.
  • Deep understanding of appliance product development, preferably in water purifiers / home appliances / consumer electronics.
  • Knowledge of plastic parts, filtration technologies, electronics integration, pumps/valves, and assembly processes.
