Data Center Operations Lead

We are seeking a seasoned expert in data center operations to design, develop and implement automation solutions across our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Foster technical expertise in Windows Server, Linux/Unix, and VMware/Hyper-V environments.
  • Expertise in VMware vSphere Suite, including vCenter Server, ESXi hosts, and vSAN for managing virtualized compute and storage environments.
  • Experience with network virtualization, micro-segmentation, and software-defined networking (SDN) using NSX.
  • Familiarity with vRealize Operations (vROps), vRealize Automation (vRA), and Log Insight for performance monitoring, automation, and log analytics.
  • Skill in analyzing workloads, right-sizing VMs, and optimizing resource allocation across clusters.
  • Experience with Disaster Recovery & High Availability, patch management & lifecycle, and automation & scripting.
  • Strong understanding of network architecture, including LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPNs, load balancers, and SD-WAN.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

We seek candidates with strong communicator – English in spoken and written form, excellent hand-ons and knowledge on Patch management, VMware, Hand scripting, Monitor and improve the performance and reliability of data centre infrastructure, Good exposure on capacity planning and overall hardware management skills Experience in ITSM, Excellent knowledge on observability standards.
