Job Title: Sales Manager

Job Description:
Overview: We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Zen Technologies Limited. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in defense or government sales, with a proven track record of success in sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF) sector.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within CAPF units for Zen training solutions.
  • Present product demonstrations and proposals to CAPF stakeholders to secure new business.
  • Achieve sales targets and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless order execution and provide exceptional customer service.

Desired Candidate Profile:
  • Experience in defense or government sales, with a strong understanding of CAPF structure and procurement processes.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage long sales cycles and government tenders.
  • Interest in travelling and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.

Educational Qualification:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical, Electronics, or related fields) or in Business/Marketing.
  • Pursuing an MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Operations is a plus.
  • Familiarity with defense technologies or prior technical sales experience is an added advantage.

Experience:
  • 8-10 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the defense or government sector.
Requirements:
Strong sales and business development skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a strong understanding of CAPF structure and procurement processes.
