Job Description:
Overview: We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Zen Technologies Limited. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in defense or government sales, with a proven track record of success in sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF) sector.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within CAPF units for Zen training solutions.
- Present product demonstrations and proposals to CAPF stakeholders to secure new business.
- Achieve sales targets and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless order execution and provide exceptional customer service.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Experience in defense or government sales, with a strong understanding of CAPF structure and procurement processes.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage long sales cycles and government tenders.
- Interest in travelling and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical, Electronics, or related fields) or in Business/Marketing.
- Pursuing an MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Operations is a plus.
- Familiarity with defense technologies or prior technical sales experience is an added advantage.
Experience:
- 8-10 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the defense or government sector.
Strong sales and business development skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a strong understanding of CAPF structure and procurement processes.
