ERP Consultant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled ERP Consultant to join our team. As an ERP Consultant, you will play a key role in ensuring our high-growth e-commerce and retail brands operate seamlessly on our modern AI integrated ERP platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the resolution of complex operational problems from start to finish.
  • Apply deep system thinking to understand how changes impact the entire system.
  • Read and interpret code to pinpoint issues and identify root causes.
  • Improve processes and workflows by spotting patterns and collaborating with Product to reduce recurring issues.
  • Drive projects and outcomes by planning and managing smaller-scale initiatives that streamline merchant operations.
  • Collaborate and communicate with cross-functional teams to provide clear updates to merchants.
  • Take ownership of new and unassigned queue, manage priorities, and hold peers accountable.
  • Document and scale knowledge by turning solutions into repeatable frameworks and knowledge-base articles.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce operations, ERP/SaaS, consulting, or related fields.
  • AI & Prompt Engineering skills to leverage modern AI tools and streamline problem-solving.
  • System & Dot-Connecting Mindset to see how changes cascade through an entire workflow.
  • Ability to Read Code & Debug to navigate code bases and analyze logs.
  • Strong Critical Thinking & Problem-Solving skills to break down complex issues.
  • Excellent Communication & Facilitation skills to present, lead meetings, and build consensus.
  • Proven Project Management skills to organize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver results.
  • Leadership Mindset to take initiative, maintain accountability, and demonstrate strong conflict resolution skills.
