Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Central Operations Support Executive to join our team at ASSPL - Karnataka. The successful candidate will be responsible for remotely supporting the daily operations of sellers, including monitoring daily metrics, triggering field support, and audits. This role requires a strong understanding of customer experience and a willingness to take ownership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Remotely monitor the efficient functioning of assigned sites via outbound calls, emails, and coordination with field executives.
  • Liaise between field executives/sellers and internal/external agencies for efficient operations execution.
  • Train and direct sellers on execution and adherence of norms and practices.
  • Develop and deploy SOPs, analyze data, and propose features/processes to improve seller experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative/technical field (e.g., computer science, engineering, statistics).
  • Experience with Excel.
  • Preferred: Experience with SQL.
