Human Resources Software Developer

A software developer is sought to support Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions, focusing on production maintenance and enhancement. Responsibilities will include requirements analysis, technical design, development, and testing.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze business requirements and document findings
- Perform system analysis, researching delivered functionality and customizations
- Identify potential impacts of application changes on other modules
- Design and build solutions to meet business needs and deadlines
- Test own development work and provide quality assurance for team projects
- Resolve production issues through analysis, design, coding, and implementation
- Minimum 6 years of HCM development experience, including PeopleTools/Application Designer, PeopleCode, SQR, COBOL, Application Engine, SQL, DMS Scripts
- Oracle Database 19c or above experience
- Familiarity with the PeopleSoft HCM product suite, including HR, Benefits Administration, eBenefits, Payroll for North America, Time and Labor
- Experience with the full software development lifecycle
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
