Compensation Analyst Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Analyst to join our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accuracy and compliance in data analysis and payroll transactions.
  • Support all compensation functions and programs impacting employees, serving as a resource for the employee population.
  • Process complete and accurate employee information, including new hires, terminations, tax and payment election setup, ongoing and one-time earning and deduction processing, garnishment/support order processing.
  • Update the employee compensation database in compliance with financial policies and statutory requirements.
  • Perform rigorous quality checks on compensation data to avoid unnecessary re-work.
  • Sustain timely delivery of compensation services.
  • Support implementation of changes to policies and procedures within own area, as directed by the Supervisor and Manager.
  • Operate the compensation "Service Now Ticketing System" and resolve routine employee queries.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities to exceed customer expectations.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma Required
  • 2 years US and Canada Payroll Experience Required (knowledge of multi-state pay requirements and taxes)
  • Knowledge of Dayforce Payroll and Workday HR a plus
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Attention to detail
  • Accurate and efficient data entry skills
  • Ability to follow documented processes
  • Ability to work within deadlines
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to be flexible during month and year end closings
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and managers
