As a Social Media Strategist, you will lead the digital presence of our real estate business from the ground up. Your creative vision and innovative approach will drive engagement, increase reach, and boost lead generation.

  • Content Strategy & Planning:">
    • ">
    • Develop and maintain a social media content calendar aligned with marketing and sales goals.">
    • Brainstorm and execute campaigns to increase engagement, reach, and lead generation.">

  • Content Creation & Editing:">
    • ">
    • Create, edit, and publish engaging static posts, reels, and video content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).">
    • Ensure all content reflects our brand identity and storytelling.">

  • Copywriting & Communication:">
    • ">
    • Write compelling ad copies, captions, and blog posts that educate, inform, and drive action.">
    • Adapt messaging for different audiences (investors, homebuyers, community members).">
    ">
  • Campaign Management:">
    • ">
    • Assist in planning and executing paid ad campaigns on Meta, Google, and other digital platforms.">
    • Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, leads) and suggest optimizations.">

  • Community Engagement:">

    • Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and online reviews to foster trust and credibility.">
    • Build and engage with a community of homebuyers and investors around our projects.">

Ideal Candidate:

1. Someone who is well-versed in industry trends, research-driven, and adaptive to trying different strategies.

2. Basic knowledge of WordPress (posting blogs will be part of the role). Don't worry, if you're not confident yet, you'll get to learn.

3. Strong sense of Instagram engagement, crafting funny, witty, and smart comments to boost organic reach on industry-related posts.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 2–4 years of experience in social media management, preferably in real estate, lifestyle, or consumer brands.">
  • Strong content creation and editing skills (graphic design + video editing).">
  • Excellent command of English writing for ads, captions, and blogs.">
  • Familiarity with digital marketing, paid ads, and analytics tools is a plus.">
  • Creative thinker with an eye for aesthetics and storytelling.">
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with sales and marketing teams.">
