Job Description:

As a Visual Creative Specialist, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality visual content for social media, blogs, ads, decks, and digital campaigns. You will transform briefs into compelling visual narratives with strong attention to layout, hierarchy, and typography.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design visually appealing creatives that capture audience attention and convey brand messaging effectively.
  • Develop brand-aligned assets across marketing, internal branding, hiring, and client-facing touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with content, marketing, and product teams to ensure visuals align with messaging and campaign goals.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency or freelance setting.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing good aesthetic judgment and experience in digital-first content.
  • Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or InDesign.
  • Strong grasp of design fundamentals, including layout, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy.

Nice To Have:

  • Familiarity with social media formats and ad design best practices.
  • Experience creating or working with brand guidelines or design systems.
  • Presentation design skills and motion graphics expertise.
