Employment Opportunity for Human Resources and Operations Manager

The primary objective of this role is to manage the day-to-day human resources and office administration functions, ensuring a productive and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Human Resources:
- Develop and implement HR strategies to improve employee engagement and retention.
- Manage employee onboarding, training, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of employee data and benefits.
- Administration:
- Oversee daily office operations, including facilities management, supplies, and IT systems.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and staff transportation.
- Manage petty cash transactions and admin budget records.
- Ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in HR and Admin roles, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and statutory compliances.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
