Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Oversee daily operations for seamless delivery of our projects.
  • Project Execution: Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects within budget and time constraints.
  • Talent Development: Establish and maintain relationships with professional freelancers and industry experts.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain quality standards, project plans, schedules, budgets, and expenditures.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with team members to ensure stakeholders meet project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
Requirements
  • Project Delivery: Ability to deliver projects within budget, time, quality, and resource constraints.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of MS Office Suite, especially MS Excel.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Independence: Ability to work on multiple tasks independently.
  • Customer Focus: Strong customer-focus and problem-solving attitude.
