Job Title

A seasoned technology leader is required to oversee the smooth functioning of all technical operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical, diagnostic and troubleshooting skills, strong leadership and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with clients to understand business requirements and suggest solutions.
  • Analyze all aspects including documentation, design, code, security and retention of team members and report to management.
  • Develop work schedules for the team and delegate tasks to achieve daily, weekly and monthly goals.
  • Liaise with team members, management and clients to ensure timely delivery of approved solutions.
  • Identify risks and form contingency plans as soon as possible.
  • Monitor front-end performance and implement optimizations to ensure fast loading times and a smooth user experience.
  • Write progress reports and deliver presentations to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of total experience and at least 3 years in a similar role (team lead).
  • Excellent technical, diagnostic and troubleshooting skills. Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
  • Excellent communication, motivational and interpersonal skills.
