Job Title: Retail Trainer

Join a dynamic team of retail professionals and drive learning and development across our eyewear brand. As a Retail Trainer, you will be responsible for building retail excellence by delivering impactful training programs to front-line teams.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and a passion for the retail industry. They will be able to design and deliver training programs focused on product knowledge, customer service & experience, sales techniques and upselling.

  • Design and deliver training programs focused on:
    • Product knowledge (Eyewear, Accessories)
    • Customer service & experience
    • Sales techniques and upselling

The successful candidate will be able to conduct in-person and virtual training sessions for retail staff, team leaders, and support roles. They will also collaborate with Operations, HR, and Business Teams to identify training needs and performance gaps.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular assessments of training effectiveness through metrics, observation, and feedback.

Develop digital training content for scalable learning.

Track and maintain training MIS: attendance, completion rates, feedback, and post-training performance.

Stay updated on eyewear trends and customer behavior insights.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in training, preferably in retail, eyewear, fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills—both in-person and virtual.
  • Hands-on experience with retail operations, customer handling, and POS systems is a plus.
  • Comfort with virtual training tools, LMS platforms, and digital content creation.
  • Ability to connect with store teams and drive motivation and accountability.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and follow-up skills.
