Job Title: Visa Consultant - Europe

We are seeking an experienced Visa Processing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of visa categories, country-specific requirements, and documentation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end visa application processes for European countries, including business, work, tourist, dependent, and student visas. Key responsibilities will include collecting, verifying, and preparing required documents as per country-specific visa guidelines, maintaining updated knowledge of embassy/consulate rules, timelines, and checklists, and coordinating with clients/candidates for missing documents, clarifications, and timely submissions.

Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for handling visa appointment bookings, biometrics, and interview scheduling, liaising with embassies, VFS, consultants, and other visa facilitation agencies, ensuring compliance with immigration laws and regulations, and maintaining records of visa applications, approvals, and rejections.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in visa processing, preferably with exposure to Europe countries.
  • Strong understanding of visa categories, country-specific requirements, and documentation.
  • Experience in handling business/work permits, dependent, and tourist visas.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under tight timelines.

Preferred background:

  • Experience working in immigration firms, recruitment agencies, or corporate mobility teams.
  • Familiarity with VFS processes and handling multiple country requirements simultaneously.

  7. Ensure compliance with immigration laws and regulations.
  8. Maintain records of visa applications, approvals, and rejections.
  9. Provide status updates to stakeholders and escalate issues proactively.
