Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Litigation Associate to join our team. As a key member of our legal department, you will play a vital role in supporting the preparation of contracts, briefs, and reports.

You will be responsible for conducting legal research, reviewing and drafting documents, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to mitigate risks and optimize terms.

Additionally, you will monitor compliance with laws, regulations, and industry standards, staying updated on legal developments and providing guidance to the organization.

Your expertise will be invaluable in ensuring company-wide compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review, draft, and negotiate contracts with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct legal research and support the preparation of briefs and reports.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to mitigate contractual risks and optimize terms.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Stay updated on legal developments, assess their impact, and provide guidance to the organization.
  • Respond to regulatory inquiries and audits.
  • Collaborate with different departments to ensure company-wide compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Qualifications: 2+ years of experience for Senior Associate and 1+ years of in-house experience for Legal Associate

Skills: Strong understanding of legal principles, excellent research, writing, and analytical skills, attention to detail, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to document and streamline legal processes, exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
