Job Title: Junior Accountant Assistant

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a Junior Accountant Assistant. As an accountant assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to the accounting team in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain complete files for each client in TallyPrime
  • Prepare management reporting for clients on a regular basis
  • Finalize accounts and prepare financial statements accurately
  • Compute income tax liability and prepare and file income tax returns
  • Compute TDS liability and prepare and file TDS returns
  • Handle GST registrations, computation of liability, and filing GST returns
  • Conduct research for mergers and acquisitions projects
  • Assist in preparing financial models, investment teasers, and investment memorandums
  • Prepare secretarial records and assist in ROC filings
  • Provide advisory services on various aspects of FEMA, corporate law, income tax, international tax, and GST
Requirements:

Candidates should have completed their CA intermediate both group pass or have completed articleship for 3-6 months and are seeking transfer. Good communication and presentation skills are essential. Working knowledge of MS-Word, MS-Excel, and MS-PowerPoint is also required.

Benefits:

The role offers a stipend of INR 12,000 for the first year and INR 15,000 for the second year. Office timings are from 10.00 AM to 7.00 PM, five days a week.

Skills Required:

  • Working knowledge of MS-Office applications
