About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Technician – Electrical & Plumbing to join our team. The role involves supporting day-to-day maintenance, installation, and repair activities in both electrical and plumbing systems. You will work closely with senior technicians and engineers to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform electrical tasks such as wiring, replacements, and assisting electricians.
  • Carry out electronic connections in equipment manufacturing when required.
  • Support plumbing works including installation, repair, and maintenance of pipelines, fittings, and fixtures.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving electrical and plumbing issues.
  • Follow safety procedures and ensure compliance with relevant standards.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition.
  • Provide on-site support to senior technicians and engineers.

Qualifications

  • ITI, Diploma or equivalent in Plumbing / Electrical / Mechanical trades.
  • 1–2 years of electrical & plumbing experience.
  • Knowledge of electrical systems (wiring, switches, circuits).
  • Familiarity with plumbing tools, materials, and techniques.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Good physical stamina and ability to work in various environments (indoor/outdoor, confined spaces).

Language Requirements:

  • Must be able to communicate in Malayalam.
  • Tamil language skills preferred.
  • Basic English communication required.
