Senior Software Engineering Leader

Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in software development.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and Node.js for backend development, with hands-on experience in React.js and modern front-end development practices.
  • Deep understanding of PostgreSQL, including performance tuning and complex query design, with proficient knowledge of designing RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Docker, and cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure), with excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership qualities with experience managing and mentoring developers, holding a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Good to Have:

  • Experience with GraphQL or WebSockets.
  • Exposure to microservices architecture.
  • Knowledge of testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha, PyTest).
  • Experience with container orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
