Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our operations in Uttar Pradesh. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing daily operations, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Mandatory Qualifications:
- A minimum of 7+ years of experience in Business Development or Senior Sales roles
- Elevator industry experience of 5+ years is mandatory
- Ability to understand and translate technical drawings
- Business development and strategic planning skills
- Strong understanding of elevator industry regulations and standards
- Proficient in budgeting and financial management
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering is preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee business development in the region
- Manage day-to-day operations
- Recruit and manage a team of professionals
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations
- Drive overall growth and performance of the operation
Competitive Package:
A fixed compensation package of 12-15 lpa, with a variable component
