Project Coordinator - Localization/Translation

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the quality and accuracy of multilingual projects.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for reviewing Spanish-language content, adapting quickly to new software tools and workflow processes, and troubleshooting independently to resolve problems and prevent project delays.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring consistency and adherence to project guidelines
  • Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure clear and timely communication
  • Delivering work that consistently meets or exceeds client expectations
  • Utilizing Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer, and Adobe tools to support deliverables

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Fluent English and Spanish skills, both written and spoken
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and consistency
  • Quick learning abilities and adaptability to new tools and technologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

Additional assets include:

  • Experience working with QA tools or CAT tools
  • Familiarity with translation workflows and linguistic QA processes
  • Previous experience in healthcare or regulated industries is a plus
