We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Business Analyst.
Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring seamless project delivery. They will translate business needs into functional specifications and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive projects forward.
Key Responsibilities- Gather and analyze business requirements related to DuckCreek DMS.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop clear functional specifications.
- Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure requirement clarity and successful project delivery.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience working with DuckCreek DMS.
- Strong knowledge of insurance industry processes and workflows.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proven stakeholder management expertise.
- Opportunity to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- A strong understanding of process efficiency and cost optimization techniques.
- Ability to facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to validate requirements.
- Excellent monitoring and reporting skills to ensure timely resolution of issues.
