We are seeking a skilled and experienced Duck Creek QA Trainer to design, deliver, and optimize training programs focused on testing and quality assurance within the Duck Creek platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Duck Creek policy, billing, or claims modules, a strong background in QA methodologies (manual and automation), and a passion for empowering QA teams through effective knowledge transfer.

As a QA Trainer, you will play a key role in building the testing capabilities of internal teams, contractors, and clients, ensuring they are equipped to deliver high-quality insurance technology solutions.
