LTIM Locations.We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Duck Creek Insurance Business Analyst to join our team The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance domain particularly with Duck Creek technologies and will be responsible for analyzing business requirements designing solutions and ensuring successful implementation of Duck Creek systemsKey ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to Duck Creek systemsAnalyze and translate business needs into functional specifications and system requirementsWork closely with development teams to design and implement Duck Creek solutionsConduct gap analysis and recommend improvements to existing Duck Creek systemsPerform system testing and validation to ensure solutions meet business requirementsProvide support and training to endusers on Duck Creek systemsStay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Duck Creek technologies and insurance industryQualificationsBachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology or a related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance domain with a focus on Duck Creek technologiesStrong understanding of insurance processes and workflowsProficiency in Duck Creek Policy Billing and Claims modulesExcellent analytical and problemsolving skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExperience with Agile methodologies is a plusPreferred SkillsKnowledge of SQL and data analysis toolsExperience with system integration and data migration projectsPSM or equivalent certification is neededCertification in Duck Creek technologies is a plus
