Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Scientist to join our team in the Department of Drug Metabolism and Pharmacokinetics (DMPK). The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and executing DMPK studies to support antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) and monoclonal antibody (mAb) programs, from discovery through IND-enabling stages.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in quantification of biologics including antibodies, therapeutic proteins, ADCs, and peptides using LC-MS/MS, MSD, and ELISA platforms. Additionally, they will be proficient in advanced bioinformatics tools such as BioPharma Finder, MaxQuant, Spectronaut, and other relevant analytical software.

The Senior Scientist will be responsible for applying innovative techniques for function-based identification and selection of ADC and mAb lead candidates, with a strong focus on DMPK profiling to ensure safe and effective therapeutic development. They will also be expected to interpret complex DMPK data and provide actionable insights to cross-functional project teams.

In addition to their technical expertise, the successful candidate will possess strong communication skills and be able to actively represent DMPK functions in internal and external meetings, fostering collaboration and strategic alignment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Expertise in DMPK principles, including PK/PD, toxicology, and translational sciences.
  • Experience in antibody, ADC characterisation, communication skills, Excel software skills, and interpersonal skills.
