Senior Data Scientist Role Overview

 

  • We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to apply machine learning, deep learning and artificial intelligence techniques to extract valuable insights from business data.
  • The ideal candidate will perform large-scale experimentation and build data-driven models to answer complex business questions.
  • They will develop hypotheses and experiments to identify hidden relationships and construct new analytics methods.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • The Senior Data Scientist will implement Markov decision process models and healthcare economic models to support business decisions.
  • They will visualize information and develop reports on results of data analysis to communicate complex results to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • They will influence product teams through presentation of data-based recommendations to drive business outcomes.

 

Requirements

 

  • A Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, information technology or related field is required.
  • The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of professional experience working with large datasets for drawing business insights.
  • They should have a professional working knowledge of machine learning including predictive modeling, leveraging structured and unstructured data sources and relational databases.
