Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished data science leader to spearhead a high-performing team and unlock valuable insights from raw data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the data science team and develop project strategies
  • Design and implement analytics models using statistical techniques, machine learning algorithms, and deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow, Keras, and PyTorch
  • Align data products with business objectives
  • Identify and leverage new statistical techniques, algorithms, and ML/Deep learning Models to create scalable solutions addressing business challenges
  • Communicate findings through visualizations and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
  • Maintain and develop data models, tools, and capabilities
  • Provide solutions for object detection/image recognition, natural language processing, sentiment analysis, topic modeling, recommender systems, text classification, clustering, customer segmentation & targeting, propensity modeling, churn modeling, lifetime value estimation, forecasting, marketing mix optimization, and price optimization

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's/PhD degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Machine Learning, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or related technical field
  • 6+ years of total experience with minimum 3 years of experience as a data scientist or business analyst building computer vision, NLP, and predictive analytics solutions
  • Advanced knowledge of statistical techniques, machine learning algorithms, and deep learning frameworks
  • Programming proficiency in at least one of Python, R, C, or C++
