About This Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, with a proven track record of delivering successful programs that meet the needs of diverse audiences.

  • We are looking for someone who can design and deliver engaging training sessions that cover a range of topics, including soft skills, business development, and product-related knowledge.
  • The successful candidate will also be responsible for conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) with distributors and sales teams, developing relevant modules, and creating content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Knowledge of equity and debt markets is essential, as is proficiency in multiple languages, including Gujarati, English, and Hindi.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 7-8 years of experience in mutual fund training, with a strong understanding of the industry and its trends.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages, including Gujarati, English, and Hindi.
  • NISM Mutual Funds V-A and XXI A certification is mandatory before joining.
  • An MBA in Marketing or Finance would be highly desirable.
