Job Title: Public Relations Manager – Hospitality

About the Role

This is a senior-level PR management position that requires expertise in developing media strategies, leading strategic PR efforts, and managing crisis communications.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Media Relations & Thought Leadership: Build relationships with key media contacts, pitch stories, and elevate the organization's profile through high-impact placements.
  2. Lead Strategic PR Efforts: Develop and implement PR strategies aligned with business goals, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels.
  3. Crisis Communication: Oversee crisis management strategy, ensuring rapid, effective responses to protect the organization's reputation.
  4. Content & Messaging Strategy: Create and review strategic content, including press releases, case studies, and executive messaging, maintaining brand alignment.
  5. Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate relationships with media, clients, industry leaders, and stakeholders, tailoring communication strategies for each.
  6. Executive Communications: Prepare executives with media training, speechwriting, and talking points for public appearances and press interactions.
  7. Team Leadership & Development: Mentor and guide the PR team, fostering growth, accountability, and high-quality output.
  8. Metrics & Reporting: Track and analyze PR performance, media coverage, and campaign impact, presenting insights to senior leadership.
