The team focuses on providing tailored solutions to clients despite the dynamic nature of the water industry. With over 100 professionals having significant experience across water management and allied value chains, including SMART water management systems, hydraulic modeling, and project design.

The team is seeking an experienced professional with exceptional interpersonal and technical skills, including policy-based analysis, knowledge of trade, agricultural policies, and economics. They will lead consultative sales efforts for digital water solutions, engage with government clients, consultants, and EPCs, develop and manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and reporting, and collaborate with technical and proposal teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • ">
  • 6–10 years of experience in water sector sales, hydraulic modeling, and project design.">
  • Proven track record in direct and channel sales, especially within the public sector.">
  • Strong knowledge of Bentley WaterGEMS, SewerGEMS, and related hydraulic modeling tools.">
  • Experience in DPR preparation and client presentations for technical and administrative approvals.">
  • Familiarity with government water projects, including AMRUT, MSNA, and rural water supply schemes.">
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.">
  • Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce and HubSpot.">
