Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce professional to lead the design and implementation of data cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data modeling, ETL, and integrations.

The successful applicant will be responsible for designing and configuring data streams, data model objects, identity resolution, calculated insights, segments, and activations. They will also collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into data models and architecture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and configure data streams for large-scale data ingestion
  • Create and manage data model objects (DMOs) and relationships to support scalable customer data models
  • Implement identity resolution for unified customer profiles
  • Develop calculated insights, segments, and activations for analytics and personalization
  • Define and optimize data models, schema designs, and relationships within Salesforce Data Cloud to support business use cases
  • Integrate Data Cloud with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud for end-to-end personalization
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 5–9 years of Salesforce ecosystem experience with at least 2+ years in Salesforce Data Cloud/CDP
  • Strong expertise in data modeling, schema design, entity relationships, and normalization/denormalization techniques
  • Hands-on experience with Data Streams, DMOs, Identity Resolution, Calculated Insights, Segments, Activations
  • Proficiency in SQL, data transformation, and performance optimization
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations (APIs, MuleSoft, ETL tools, or connectors)
