Language Specialist Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Language Specialist to join our global team. As a key member, you will be entrusted with various responsibilities that will help improve the accuracy and fluency of AI models.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of grammar, syntax, and semantics, as well as excellent writing skills in English. They should also be able to edit and improve written communication across a wide variety of fields.

Responsibilities include:

  • Creating training data sets for AI models to enhance their performance
  • Annotating data to align AI models with human values
  • Analyzing and improving the grammar, syntax, and sentence structure of training data and AI model-generated text
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to refine and iterate data sets
  • Contributing to evolving specifications for AI-model training and data recipes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
  • Native language proficiency in Urdu, Gujarati, Marathi, or other relevant languages
  • Strong understanding of grammar, syntax, and semantics
  • Excellent writing and editing skills
