Digital Regulatory Solutions Leader

Are you a results-driven Business Analyst with 10+ years of experience in the financial services industry? Do you have a passion for regulatory compliance and innovative solutions?
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner to lead our newly established team focusing on Open Banking, PSD2, and Open Finance. This pivotal role involves driving the analysis and design of cutting-edge solutions that comply with regulatory frameworks and align with our banking and financial clients' strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting detailed analyses of Open Banking regulations, interpreting and translating regulatory requirements into actionable business insights and solutions.
- Producing comprehensive traceability matrices to ensure end-to-end compliance with regulations.
- Engaging with stakeholders to identify and document the impact of regulatory changes on systems, processes, and workflows.
- Supporting internal advocacy efforts by contributing to internal communications, regulatory insights, and compliance timelines.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support deep dives, impact assessments, and detailed requirement gathering.
- Monitoring regulatory developments to ensure timely and proactive responses to emerging compliance needs.
Requirements:
- Proven 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a regulatory environment, preferably within financial services.
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science or relevant field.
- Experience with PSD2 and Berlin Group NextgenPSD2 or Open Banking UK is a must.
- Experience in regulatory interpretation, impact analysis, and the creation of traceability matrices.
- Ability to conduct detailed mappings of regulatory requirements to organizational systems.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact confidently with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
