Job Title: - Area Sales Manager

Job Description –
Job Purpose

1. Increase sales of distributors by offering training and meeting more customers.

2. Make new distributors from competitors.

3. Build trust among distributors by engaging them regularly.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Meet with retail shops, dealers, and distributors to inform them about Loom Solar products and offerings.

2. Cold call prospective customers and dealers to identify sales opportunities.

3. Generate leads for dealer networks to increase sales.

4. Negotiate with dealers to sell Loom Solar products at competitive prices.

5. Prepare quotations and share them with dealers for their order requirements.

6. Record and update all visits in the company's sales application.

7. Respond promptly to dealer inquiries and concerns.

8. Ensure Loom Solar products are the preferred choice in the channel compared to competitors.

9. Maintain a 30-day inventory of Loom Solar products with channel partners.

10. Monitor distributor and dealer stock movements and secondary sales.

11. Conduct training programs and meetings with distributors and dealers.

Qualifications (What We Need?)

1. Preferred graduate or MBA candidate with 1-2 years' experience in the solar or power backup industry.

2. Preference given to employees of Luminous, Liveguard, Exide, Microtek, Okaya, Polycab, and Havells.

3. Excellent communication skills, fluency in English and Hindi.

4. Willingness to work for at least 2 years.

5. Strong follow-up and negotiation skills to build relationships with dealers and distributors.
