About the Role
In this challenging and rewarding role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge software solutions using NodeJS. You will work on our SaaS platform, automating manual processes for automotive dealerships and other clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop RESTful APIs using NodeJS and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration
- Design and build front-end components using React JS/ES7/VueJS, ensuring a responsive and engaging user experience
- Work with asynchronous programming including Promises, async/await, & ES7 generators to optimize application performance
- Collaborate in Git (preferably GitHub), Bitbucket, or other modern code repositories to ensure version control and continuity
- Deploy cloud-native applications in AWS infrastructure (code deploy, compute engine, RDS, Lambdas) to meet business needs
Requirements
- 5+ Years of experience in relevant development roles with a strong bias for action and ownership
- Prioritized execution and ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to deliver high-quality results
Preferred Skills
- Previous exposure or desire to build and lead the development team, with experience in leading cross-functional projects
- Previous startup experience would be a huge plus, with knowledge of Agile methodologies
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Wiki, and other development tools to streamline workflows
