AEP Development Specialist Role

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled AEP Development expert to lead the implementation of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) solutions. This role requires in-depth knowledge of AEP capabilities and ability to configure, maintain, and optimize data pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and manage CJA Connections, Data Views, and binding dimensions aligned with AEP schemas.
  • Create and manage calculated metrics, filters, and segments to support stakeholder reporting requirements.
  • Develop dashboards and reports for key business KPIs including funnel analysis, pathing, attribution, and retention.
  • Validate data integrity, stitching accuracy, and reporting logic by comparing against Adobe Analytics where applicable.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful ingestion and data preparation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Must-Have:
    • 3+ years of experience with CJA and Adobe Analytics.
    • Proficiency in configuring Data Views, calculated metrics, and Workspaces in CJA.
    • Strong understanding of AA Source Connector, identity stitching, and profile merging.
    • Excellent skills in data validation, segmentation, and visual storytelling through dashboards.
  • Bonus Points:
    • Experience with AA to CJA migration tools such as Component Migration Tool.
