Electrical Engineering Expert Wanted

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineering expert to lead the development of power electronics systems. Your key responsibility will be to design and implement DC-DC converters, onboard chargers, inverters, and battery management interfaces.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Create system architecture and component specifications for high-voltage (400V–800V) battery systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and successful project delivery.
  • Oversee simulation, modelling, and analysis of power electronics circuits using tools like PLECS, MATLAB/Simulink, or LTspice.
  • Guide PCB layout for high-power designs ensuring EMI/EMC compliance and thermal management.
  • Drive validation and testing of prototypes in lab and vehicle environments.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in HV Systems engineering, Battery management System design, and leadership roles.
  • Expertise in Design, development, integration, and validation of electrical systems into the overall vehicle electrical architecture.
  • Strong understanding of high-voltage systems, safety protocols, and thermal management.
  • Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent discipline.
Desired Qualities:
  • A genuine passion for understanding complex power electronic systems and their integration with other technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with agile methods and toolsets such as JIRA, SCRUM, KANBAN, and CAN tools (CANalyzer, CANoe, DET).
  • Excellent understanding of OEM & Engineering Services processes.
