About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Open Destinations Limited. As a key member of our Customer Services unit, you will be responsible for providing on-call, email, and chat-based support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective technical support to clients via various communication channels.
  • Troubleshoot application issues reported by customers and ensure prompt resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and escalate critical issues as needed.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our technology solutions and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Document and track all interactions with clients using our ticketing system.
  • Prioritize tasks based on business needs and deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1.5 years of experience in customer service technology.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Operating Systems and basic applications like Microsoft Office Suite and browsers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with overseas clients.
  • Able to work in flexible shifts, including rotational shifts across different time zones.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent qualification.
