Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective technical support to clients via various communication channels.
- Troubleshoot application issues reported by customers and ensure prompt resolution.
- Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and escalate critical issues as needed.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of our technology solutions and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Document and track all interactions with clients using our ticketing system.
- Prioritize tasks based on business needs and deadlines.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1.5 years of experience in customer service technology.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Operating Systems and basic applications like Microsoft Office Suite and browsers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with overseas clients.
- Able to work in flexible shifts, including rotational shifts across different time zones.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent qualification.
