Artist Manager Job Description

We seek a seasoned Artist Manager to spearhead our influencer marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in social media trends and be responsible for cultivating, managing, and maintaining long-term relationships with artists and talent agencies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and onboard top-tier artists for strategic brand collaborations.
  • Manage a portfolio of artist partnerships primarily on YouTube and Instagram.
  • Develop, nurture, and maintain strong, lasting connections with artists and their representatives.
  • Negotiate terms, rates, and timelines aligned with campaign objectives.
  • Monitor progress, coordinate timelines, and ensure timely submissions and campaign launches.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for artists throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • Maintain organized records, reports, and follow-ups on all artist interactions and performance.
Requirements
  • A highly skilled individual able to onboard prominent artists.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in social media marketing.
  • Prior experience working with brands or artist networks is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, especially YouTube and Instagram.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage timelines efficiently.
  • Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and meet deadline-driven campaign expectations.
