Job Description

The role of a Senior Associate plays a pivotal part in the execution and optimization of influencer marketing campaigns. This position entails identifying suitable influencers, building relationships, coordinating campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to ensure the success of influencer initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research to identify potential influencers across various social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, etc.) that align with the brand's target audience and values.
  • Built strategic relationships with influencers and their management teams.
  • Campaign Coordination: Assist in developing and executing influencer marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Coordinate and manage the logistics of influencer collaborations, including content creation, posting schedules, and deliverables.
  • Evaluate all influencer content against brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor and track the performance of influencer campaigns using various analytics tools.
  • Analyze key metrics such as engagement rates, reach, impressions, and conversions to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Prepare detailed reports and provide insights and recommendations for future campaigns.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, or a related role.
  • Exceptional understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing trends.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
