Job Description

As a key player in our marketing team, you will be responsible for designing and executing campaigns across multiple channels to drive business results. Your strategic approach will ensure that campaigns are aligned with our business objectives, effectively executed, monitored, and optimized for maximum impact.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, content, and design, to ensure cohesive campaign execution and meet business goals such as lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement.

Key responsibilities include planning, developing, and executing integrated marketing campaigns, managing campaign budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently, monitoring and analyzing campaign performance metrics, and providing actionable insights for optimization.

This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, excellent project management, organizational, and multitasking skills, as well as a data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret campaign analytics and ROI.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • Proven experience (3–5 years) in campaign management, preferably in EdTech/FMCG/IT
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, etc.)
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret campaign analytics and ROI
  • Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
