Job Description:

As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic planning and execution of Indian marketing programs for our GF Piping Systems division.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in B2B marketing and communications, with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns. Your expertise will be instrumental in organizing tradeshows and events, digital marketing initiatives, content development, and lead qualification and nurturing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute day-to-day marketing activities across all channels and platforms
  • Establish go-to-market strategies for our business units, inclusive of product marketing and segment-focused marketing
  • Track and drive marketing leads through the sales process, providing regular updates and results
  • Monitor and analyze marketing program effectiveness and performance on an ongoing basis
  • Coordinate marketing efforts with Marketing, Communications, and Sales Enablement teams
  • Manage events and trade shows to maximize brand visibility and engagement
  • Research and recommend regional media partners and industry associations for digital marketing, sponsorships, co-branded email, and other creative outreach initiatives

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in marketing with 5+ years' experience in B2B marketing and communications
  • Proven experience in marketing campaign development and event management
  • Strong proficiency in digital marketing and social media marketing
  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
