Position Summary:

  • We are looking for a skilled professional to build and strengthen customer relationships.
  • The ideal candidate will listen, empathize, and help customers achieve their goals.
  • The role involves managing incoming chats and emails, handling follow-up chats and emails, addressing and resolving customer issues related to business growth, billing, and general account satisfaction.
  • The successful candidate will have a comprehensive knowledge of our business model to answer all customer-related inquiries.
  • The person will demonstrate the value of our products to customers every day by providing exceptional customer support.

You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Resolving and recording any customer issues related to business growth, billing, and general account satisfaction.
  • Demonstrating the value of our products to customers every day by providing excellent customer support.

Your Skills And Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Multitasking skills.
  • Exceptional English communication skills, especially written.
  • A positive, polite, confident, sincere, and friendly disposition.
  • The ability to solve problems quickly and think on your feet.
  • The ability to remain calm under pressure during stressful customer interactions.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
  • An eye for detail.
  • Knowledge of CRM is a plus.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
