About the Role

  • The ERP Manager oversees technology risk management activities in manufacturing, ensuring compliance and managing user access privileges.
  • Key responsibilities include developing and implementing policies and procedures for business transaction data processing, ensuring data integrity and business continuity.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures for business transaction data processing.
  • Ensuring ERP user management access privileges and passwords.
  • Configuring regulatory requirements for manufacturing processes.
  • Taking overall responsibility for technology risk management activities in manufacturing.
  • Developing and implementing disaster recovery plans.
  • Integrating ERP systems with government portal APIs.
  • Customizing legal document output forms.
  • Identifying and resolving user issues.
  • Developing MIS reports for regulatory and financial requirements.
  • Maintaining system implementation and support.
  • Coordinating with plant IT teams for ERP implementation and support.
  • Fostering teamwork and leadership.
  • Maintaining employee morale and providing training.

Qualifications:

A graduate degree from a technical institution (BE/BCA) or master's degree from a business school (MBA/PGDBM/MCA) with at least 5 years of experience in all ERP modules is required.

Required Skills:

SQL, Excel pivot tables, ERP technical modules RDF and DLD knowledge. Functional modules (purchase, inventory, production, quality control, sales, export, finance, HR payroll, and personnel) with business process knowledge are also required.
