We are seeking an Agile Governance Specialist to support cross-functional teams in delivering high-quality digital assets.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Scrum methodologies and tools like Azure DevOps, ensuring governance compliance and transparency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Agile Governance Support:
  • Ensure Agile Scrum ceremonies align with governance policies and standards.
  • Track and report key Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, team capacity) to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate adherence to delivery standards and best practices across product teams.
  • Collaboration and Coordination:
  • Support Agile teams in backlog hygiene and sprint readiness.
  • Coordinate cross-team dependencies and highlight risks or blockers to delivery.
  • Azure DevOps Management:
  • Monitor work item lifecycle in Azure DevOps (user stories, tasks, bugs).
  • Maintain dashboards, reports, and documentation related to sprints and delivery governance.
  • Ensure teams are effectively using ADO boards and automation features.
  • Process Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities to enhance Agile processes through automation, tooling, or updated frameworks.
  • Conduct periodic retrospectives to recommend governance enhancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • Solid knowledge of Azure DevOps – boards, queries, dashboards.
  • Understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum and Kanban).
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and coordination abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Scrum Master Certification (CSM).
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps.
  • Exposure to enterprise governance models or PMO functions.
